   I purchased a wheelchair for my sister with multiple sclerosis the wheelchair was cheap and inferior quality the wheelchair backing fell and my sister hurt her neck. wheelchair is a poor quality.    I ordered this chair for my husband who was diagnosed several years ago with Progressive Supranuclear Palsy. He can’t walk, talk, see well, and sometimes has trouble holding his head up. The foot rests are flimsy plastic (not like the metal ones pictured), and can’t be moved properly out of the way when putting him in the chair. The proportions of the chair seem too small for my husband who is only 5′ 10″. The wheels hit the foot rests when they are in the lower position, preventing them from moving. All adjustments are very difficult, including reclining, and most will require I keep a tool on hand at all times when using the chair. The chair has very little cushioning (contrary to the description), and the lap tray is too low, and flimsy. The potty bucket is not a necessary item, as it would be very difficult to use. The so called head rest is much smaller than the one pictured, kept slipping off the back of the chair, and didn’t keep my head off the top bar of the back extension, making it very uncomfortable. It took a month to receive the chair, the instructions, I believe, were in Chinese, and the box was in terrible shape. I am very disappointed overall with this product.
