   Excellent construction and performance. Our doctor was impressed with the quality and features compared to others he has seen. It folds down and fits in the trunk of the car easily. We used it for a shopping day at the mall and barely used any battery capacity. Zero turning radius is nice and the wheels are large, wide and work on all terrains even stone or gravel paths. Delivery was fast and assembly is minimal with no tools needed. Sturdy, stable and works well. Comes with a tool kit and charger. I highly recommend this product and this company.

   I purchased the Vive Mobility power wheelchair from a local dealer, primarily for its portability and ease of transport in my SUV. It’s also quite comfortable, which is a big plus since I use it extensively at Disney parks. When I tested the chair in the showroom, everything seemed fine. However, after taking it home, I noticed a significant issue: when the joystick is at 12 o’clock, the chair should move straight, but the left rear tire seems to be holding back. To compensate, I have to set the joystick at 1 o’clock, but even then, the chair still pulls to the right. This makes maneuvering more difficult than expected. I contacted the dealer right away, and they have been responsive. However, the manufacturer has been slow to address the problem. They requested a video of the issue, which I provided, but after three weeks, I’m still waiting for a resolution. My concern is that the motor may burn out due to the resistance, potentially leading to bigger problems down the line. Overall, the chair has great potential in terms of comfort and portability, but this experience with the manufacturer’s slow response to warranty claims has been frustrating. If you’re considering this model, I’d recommend ensuring that any warranty-related issues can be resolved in a timely manner.

   I love this chair. It is easy to maneuver, fold and transport. But when I called seller regarding it not having a USB port as advertised she was curt and simply stated it does not come with one. That being said, the chair is comfortable and sturdy. Had many compliments on the cruise I took it on. The battery seems to last.

   The manual states that the power will turn on at the last used setting but it is defaulting to the highest speed setting every time. I need to get it to turn on at the lowest speed setting for my dad’s safety. Is there a quick fix or do I need to get this mechanism reprogrammed or have a new system sent out with the correct default settings? I would love to give this chair a high rating because it is sleek and comfortable and sturdy but the safety of the speed default needs to be altered.
