I like it, easy to assemble, we will see after first full charge. Drove around on carpet ok.
My impression is that it’s well built, it is not light weight if you have a muscle disease this is not the chair for you. I like the quality but we could not figure out where the 15 amp fuse would go.

Within the month the charger broke i got replaced excellent service but now its starting to happen again n some of the nuts holding it together keep coming loose i had to unscrew and tighten them with teflon overall i loved it and am highly disappointed i hope they can replace the charger a second time if not ill change my rating to a 1 star the only reason i put 3 is bcuz of their excellent customer service

Not a bad Wheelchair to be honest but not worth the £900.Probably more like £600 in all fairness.Fairly heavy due to the batteries and motors so watch your back if your on your own putting it in the boot.
Arrived 6 days late and no one was willing to help solve where it was on the journey.Vive said best-wheelchair.coms Problem,best-wheelchair.com said UPS problem and UPS said Vive problem! At least we got it in the end.Psckaging was battered but luckily no damage to product.

This item is not as described at all. It does not drive like it says it does. It is far heavier than it says it is it does not collapse like it says it does. The charger or batteries are not working. The joystick is messed up. It won’t even go through my front door to get it out of the house. It will not fit in a trunk. It will not even fit in the front seat of a car. It takes two people to move it and it’s essentially worthless. It’s put me in a terrible bind since I need something In the next few days due to a surgery, that will leave me wheelchair dependent And now I have to deal with figuring out how to get this thing in a box by myself in order to return it wait for my money to come back and then purchase something else. Please don’t buy this product. It’s especially difficult to deal with because it’s a third-party seller and not directly from best-wheelchair.com. Please, please do not buy this.

Comfortable rides great. I just wish there was a way to disengage the motor so if you knew you would be out longer than the battery life you could start out pushing at first then saving battery power for the end of the day.

And so i relocated controller to the rear. So I can ‘drive’ her around.
Works perfectly for me. Since I have nerve damage and torn rotator cuff.
