This travel wheelchair is exactly what I needed to get my 180lb son to his doctor appointments after his leg amputation. I can easily fold it up and lift it to put in the trunk without hurting my shoulder or back. The only things I wish were better is how far the arms lift out of the way for transferring from the chair to the car seat. Also, the leg rests are so short!
Otherwise it’s sturdy, it rolls nicely and my son said it’s comfortable.

Transition is easy with this lightweight, easy to push and comfortable chair. Love the way it folds up. Very comfortable too. BEST thing is the BACK BRAKES hold the chair securely in place

Out of all the chairs like this , this one is the best I ever used over my 20 years in and out of my wheelchair .. The structure is the most sturdy & solid I have had in the past . I love the reliability of folding and opening of this chair .. The only problem small but inconvenient the plastic buckle for the seat belt broke off while trying to release it to open while wearing it . The other thing is the is no lock or anything to keep it closed while placing it in the car or standing it up in the house with or without the bag it does open slightly , the most sorry part is the bag does not come with wheels so you must open the chair fully to have someone put it in the trunk of the car then bag it . You can not wheel the chair closed or the arms scrap the back wheels . .You must bag it for airplanes which is great because the chair comes with a bag but again no wheels so it must be carried .. All & all the wheelchair in itself is a very good wheelchair. I would recommend this chair to everyone ,the wheelchair is a solid find .. Yes a bag with wheels would be much more helpful ..

This wheelchair went on an international flight, followed by two weeks of continuous traveling, getting in and out of many taxis. I’m impressed by how quickly and easily it collapses and how lightweight it is. Easy to wipe down and clean as well. Also love the travel bag it comes with. The only minor drawback is that the detachable foot rests are a tiny bit small, even for a person under 5ft tall – I wish they extended out further. Having said that. I highly recommend this wheelchair if you’re looking for something ultra compact but be aware that it might not suit your needs if you are on the taller side.

This is a great short term travel/transport chair. It is light, folds up into a small size (like an umbrella stroller), fits through narrow doors, and snugs up to a table. I have tried quite a few and this one is good. However if you use it for continuous use in about 4 months the grommets with the seat under it will tear ( this renders it unusable) and if you repair it in another month a brake cable will break. The company will ship you replacement parts under warranty but it is hard to fix. I am on my third wheelchair because it meets my needs better than others. So if you plan to use it long term, everyday, be prepared to replace it about every 4 months (it still may be cheaper that getting an expensive one). I would have no problem though recommending this for a trip or for occasional use.

It comes to your house in a tiny soft side carrying bag, amazingly lightweight and your first impression is ‘this probably won’t be what I can use’. Wrong! This easily slips together in just a few minutes without stress, tools or frustration. It is superbly engineered and definitely performs beyond my wildest expectation. It folds by releasing 2 buttons and easily fits in trunk or behind drivers seat. It has two very comfortable yet detachable cushions. The brakes are exceptionally efficient and lock by just pushing down on handles. In short. I think it is FANTASTIC. I highly, highly recommend this for anyone needing mobility assistance for a loved one.

Not as sturdy as some, but I like the features of the cut down arms, which allow better access to dinner table or ADA compliant vanity. Also, the swing away arms may prove beneficial. The hand brakes which can lock the wheels is a good feature. The seat and back material is rather thin and flimsy, and the additional cushions are inconvenient to remove/replace when folding for transport. It was the only transport chair I could find that had the lockable hand brakes and the cut down swing away arms. All that said, since my wife won’t spend much time in the chair, it serves our purpose okay.
