I ordered this chair as a secondary chair for my disabled father. The foot rest is very small and narrow not allowing for the legs to rest comfortably. My fathers knees were up going against his stomach. My father is 5’8 220lbs. I requested a return. The company stated they arent able to refund the chair and they credited my account $30 for the inconvenience who h i never received. They said that weight max and measurements were on their description. It wasnt about weight or the chair size. Its about safety and comfort. After going back and forth , i was told to send pictures to show the chairs condition to resell. The chair was still wrapped in plastic. When i got to ups to return i was told the company wasn’t paying for shipping which would be $100 or more. The company offered to resend another shipping label that would cover SOME of the shipping cost, never received it! The chat was $120 plus we paid $40 for expedited shipping originally.
I am out $160 and stuck with a chair that my father cant use. So disgusted with how this all played out. Dont purchase from them !
