   I’ve only played round with it in the house, so this is an initial review. When I’m able to get outside with it, I’ll update. The chair arrived in a few days, and it was completely assembled. We charged the battery off of the chair, and inserting the battery was easy, pretty much slide it on the rails and it connects. Folds and unfolds easily. I did drive it around our living room and kitchen, just to get the feel of it and make sure it worked. I actually bought this to use on a cruise. After checking the cost of a chair rental, this made a lot of sense. The Lithium battery, and the dimensions when folded, enable it to fit through a standard cabin door and acceptable on the ship. It may take a little time to get accustomed to the joystick, but I don’t see any problems with that. Another nice thing is that it is covered on my Asurion Complete Protect Plan, I did verify. It appears well constructed, and also a very good price. I have now actually used it outside. I drove it on the streets around our house while my wife walked our dog. It did handle well. I did discover that even though there are multiple speed settings, the joy stick did seem to adjust speed as well. Ready to cruise in a few weeks.

   Even tho it was defective the seller wants me to assume the return cost. The product was thrown together to get it out for sale. Built very badly yet cost over $600.00. Wheels came off while in use and threw me out of the chair.

   This is such a great wheelchair I own. reliable and perfect for cruise and accepted by airlines. The controller makes 360-degree turn. Only use one finger to operate and able to use on grass and street. I used this when I am cruising with Royal Caribbean. This is the second wheelchair I purchased from HomyKing. Even after 2 years, HomyKing still offered a satisfaction customer service which is totally above and beyond.

   It came almost ready to use, just unwrap and add the battery and controller. However, testing it, it is very difficult with the controller. Any pressure on the controller and it goes like a race horse. Trying to stop is jerky when you release the controller, it keeps moving forward and I ran into a few things. It takes a wide circle to turn around. It is going to take some practice to learn how to use this controller. I was tempted to return it because of this but the cost of shipping is enormous, almost as much as the wheelchair cost itself so I will keep it. Overall I am happy with it and will get use to the controller, I hope. It is very comfortable to sit in and lots of room for my full-figured size.

   I’ve had this wheelchair for over 2 months now and it has met or exceeded my expectations in so many ways, it’s relatively light-weight (40lbs with battery installed) and I (65yo man) have no problems putting it into the trunk of my car. It folds up so I can store it easily at my desk at work, and its comfortable. The battery lasts me about 3 days between charges and installs easily, or you can charge it while it’s on the wheelchair. It comes preassembled, just slide it out of the box, put the battery and controller on and it’s ready to go. No tools needed. It’s very maneuverable and moves pretty fast and I have no issues moving through a crowded room without hitting anything or anyone. My only caution is that the control stick is very sensitive, and it took me a little while to get used to it. Definitely a life changer for me.

   The chair is of very high quality, and was received on time. Claimed Weight is incorrect and much heavier than claimed in posting. The one problem for myself, 88 and handicapped was the raised bar on either side. One could not slide into the seat area because of the raised bar. My only way was to try and get into the front in order to seat myself. After many attempts, it would always be a problem and as most handicap people are aware, situations decline with time. These slightly raised bars were a complete block for me to enter chair from either side. One complete misrepresentation is the weight. Much heavier than represented in ad at best-wheelchair.com. However, the quality of materiel and construction is superb Finally on request for return the label reply arrived with all kinds of warnings about freight cost, restocking fees, and other misc. fees. At that point I called best-wheelchair.com to monitor the return.
