   Their customer service is unbelievable. We had a problem putting in the batteries we called them. They called me back within three minutes and instructed us step-by-step. How to get the batteries soon today I got another phone call checking up on how we like the wheelchair and if there was any problems, I would definitely order from them again!

   It’s been out of the box all of 30 minutes and I’m pretty stoked. It came well packed and getting it out and assembled was too easy! Assembly took all of 10 minutes. The batteries are small. Small as in the size of an electric drill battery small. The battery in our last chair was almost 10 pounds! This is the 3rd electric chair we’ve purchased for my wife. The other two were a lot more expensive. heavier, and not as well made. I’m excited to get her moving around of this!

   I was in a car accident and had limited mobility. The wheelchair allowed me the freedom to be able to accompany my kids for travel ball tournaments without feeling like I was slowing them down or having someone push me manually. The company also provided great communication for a support issue. I have used it everyday for the last 2 months with no issues. The chair is comfortable, airline compliant and light weight. The battery lasts for a day and a half on a full charge. I would recommend again.

   My favorite feature is the tight turn radius!! Makes it very maneuverable. Feels very sturdy. I’m getting an ‘water cup’ extension for the left armrest (or whichever arm does not operate the controls); It’s hard to sit at first since the arm lengths aren’t the same. I love the foot pad but would prefer a smaller one.

   Battery not good ! When we recieved them a couple days ago trying to charged batteries for 8-9 hours but not working keep saying no power and keep blinking red and green light . I’ve been contacted the seller waiting until now what solution they can do for me or else need to return. Over all wheelchair look good and light problem battery

   We recently received the wheelchair and have been very pleased with it and its performance. We have had a similar chair for about 3 years. This one is definitely an upgrade and at a much better price. This chair feels sturdier and has arms that can be lifted for easier transitioning from the chair. We are so happy to have an 888 number to call with questions…no such thing with the last chair. It is easy to fold and put in our car and will be easy to put on the airplane when we fly.

   I agree that the written instructions are not very clear, but since we had a similar one before, we are already somewhat familiar with the chair and its performance. We have not had to recharge yet, but yes, we are somewhat concerned that we will not know when to charge. Having extra charged batteries will be helpful.

   I was very frustrated at first because the instructions were not very clear especially about the batteries. But I finally got it figures with just handling the battery in many ways and then it did line up and clicked into place.
   The book doesn,t tell how long it takes to fully charge so I just took my chances after 5 hours and it worked . but I think the book needs to show pictures and lists how to get started in more detail especially for senior citizens who need more details and are not mechanically smart thank you

   Excellent. Exactly as presented. Love that there is a seatbelt. Additional cushion is great not only for additional comfort,but to help prevent pressure on skin. Fantastic customer service with rapid response.The only suggestion we have is to upgrade the charging instructions. Very easy assembly.. Well built,lightweight,attractive.
