2×300 watt motors my came with 2×250 watt motors. Run flat Tires my are air filled.
Both 2022 model got 2019 instead.
Battery is 4 years old. tires came less than 10 bls. Had to infate to 35 lbs. With all that
I do like the wheelchair. Not the company.

This scooter looks cool and is structurally sound but the joystick is terrible. After I let off of it the scooter keeps rolling up to a foot before it finally stops. The joystick is also not very responsive and it has caused me to bang into my walls a lot. The motors are supposed to be 350w each but they don’t seem to go up an incline very well. My old scooter was a Rascal 320 and the joystick worked great and when you let off of it the scooter stopped. The Rubicon is made in China. My Rascal was made in USA. There are several scooters for sale on best-wheelchair.com that all look alike but have different names on them so beware they are all made in China. There are much better scooters out there and I regret buying this Rubicon for $1599.

I love the look of the chair and it works great. It’s very heavy though and will need someone strong to move it in and out of a vehicle. I had some trouble getting it to open up and contacted the number on the enclosed card. I only let the phone ring a few times before I hung up as I was going to call back at a better time. To my surprise… The seller contacted me via text to see if they could help. She then called me and I explained my problem. Within 10 minutes I was forwarded some instructions as well as a video and we got the chair up and running!! Fantastic customer service!!

I ordered this chair because I wanted somtething that I could operate totally myself and also could travel by plane with . The auto fold feature was essential for me and it worked beautifully. Customer service made sure that I had the right size battery to comply with airline regulations. They also were really responsive to any questions I had about operating it. For a few reasons I was not able to use the chair on my own–because of my mobility issues, not because of the product–and had to return it. Again, customer serice was great, they helped with the return process and it was smooth and easy and fast. For that reason in particular, I give it a 5.

wheelchair does not function outside on flat grass. I joystick to move and its doesnt, like it needs traction. Useless. The joystick does not always function when trying to use. The wheels on it have a hard time to function in turning from a stand still position. Unless you put in high gear then you get a little to work. Called company told them problems and said they will see what can be done but have heard nothing.
So big money out with a not so good functioning wheelchair. Cant get remote to work either. Very bad choice of wheelchair I am stuck with.

I am pleased with my new Rubicon wheelchair, the ride is smooth and steady; the controls are easy to use, My only suggestion for future models would be to widen the space between the front wheels. While the seat is a standard chair
with of 18 inches, the space between the front wheels s too narrow, crowding the lower legs and making it difficult to get on or off the chair
