Update:
Customer service contacted me and instead of sending a new motor which would’ve taken some time, they sent me a brand new chair. They also contacted the shipper to come pick up the defective wheelchair from my home.
The new wheelchair works perfectly!
I really had high hopes for this electric wheelchair. Upon unpacking and charging the batteries, the right motor of the wheelchair didn’t work. Since I’m disabled and cannot lift the wheelchair to return it, I contacted the sales support and explained one of the motors did not work. I explained there was power to the motor when the joystick is activated but the motor would not run. Instead of warranting their product, they constantly want more pictures and videos. Unfortunately, best-wheelchair.com won’t let me upload the videos no matter how small I convert them. I’m at the point of just getting someone to help me return this wheelchair and I’ll go buy it from different vendor.

Mine came partially assembled which was great what’s NOT so great was MINE DOESN’T MOVIE! Even on a flat dry surface it’s ONLY SPINNING it’s wheels! The worst part is that there’s ZERO CUSTOMER SUPPORT! DON’T BUY THIS ONE SPEND THE EXTRA $100 or so and buy something else! AVOID this one!

Love my new chair. Small and comfortable. Learning how to control the joystick as it’s very sensitive to pressure. Only problem is anti tip wheels were not included and the seller didn’t respond to my request. Otherwise I’m very pleased with chair and gave it 5 stars.

I delayed getting myself an electric wheelchair but am extremely thankful that I finally ordered mine.
It arrived quickly and was easy to unpack and assemble. Very little assembly was required.
It has good speed, in fact I will not drive it on high just yet!
I can now get outside of my residence and enjoy the outdoors while comfortably sitting in my chair.
I have been using it for about a week and so far I am extremely impressed with the wheelchair.

It holds a charge for a long time and is fast! Hard to load in a trunk. Too narrow for my wife and has caused bruising on her arm. I wouldn’t recommend for a 65+ year old.
