WELL AS I GUESSED BOTH SEATS RIPPED AND I HAVE NO IDEA HOW TO ORDER ADDITIONAL BACK UP SEATS. MY MOM ALMOST FELL ON THE FLOOR IN THE GARAGE DUE TO THE SEAT RIPPING. best-wheelchair.com PLEASE ASSIST WITH THIS SITUATION.
My mom is 230 lbs which is less than max weight for this item. The seat size is way too small for large buttocks control and durability. The seat ripped at the seam due to my mom’s weight so not usable after spending so much money on this device. The square inches of the seat need to be larger for persons with a large buttock making it easier to control the connectors in and out of the car. I love that my mom can now get in and out of the car more simply with this device which is great. I need another seat without the hole in the bottom for the toilet. How can I get another one and possibly larger? I can pay for it but as it stands … I am afraid it may rip across the entire seam and mom is 92 years of age….HELP!
