   Instructions did not detail all the parts and what they were used for. I had to go to pictures online for a screenshot and zoom in to figure out where certain things went and what hardware to use. I uploaded the instruction sheet that came with it. And some photos of how to put the seat buckles in place. Also, I mistakenly put the screw and bolt assembly where the lock and pin went on the handle bar. I own that mistake as I misread the instruction, however, it would have been helpful to have images that include the names of the hardware. My photo has a red X and a green check mark to indicate the correct pin to go in the handle bar. Once assembled, I had leftover parts that were never listed in the instructions but upon further screenshot viewing I realize one of the parts is a knob to adjust the width. But there are 3 knobs in the pack and only 1 is needed. Maybe extras? Overall, this product did not suit my 94 yr old 233lb father’s needs. I imagine it works well for a light weight woman. I had high expectations for this lift and was greatly disappointed. Glad it seems to work well for others. Just did not meet our needs. Hoping my return goes smoothly and without penalty for restocking. 🙏

   This lift works great. We are loving it. The only issue is there is no backrest available if you need to set the arm bars to the wider width with for larger users. So, if your patient/user is larger and needs the backrest for stability, this would not be the best option.
