    FAR exceeded our expectations. What an incredible value. First. The chair is well made. Top to bottom, sturdy, high-quality materials and appears to be built to last. Second. The overall weight/design makes this chair very easy to handle. In and out of your vehicle with little effort. Third. Easy to maneuver. Think baby stroller easy. Plus, I’m 6’6″. The ergonomics are perfect, it glides and my back isn’t killing me after a day out shopping or doctor appointments with Rosa. She likes it so much, it’s now her chair at the dining table at home. My only complaint so far? More days out shopping with Rosa.

    My son was recently diagnosed with cancer. That and treatments left him in need of a chair asap. He’s 220 lbs and wide so I needed something strong and able to get him around easily and easy for me to use since I’m only 5’1″ and 125 lbs but I’ve got to be able to push it. This chair has been a savior to me. Not only comfortable for him but easy for me to lift in and out of the trunk. Easy to push, easy hand brakes and has a tilt guard for extra security. I highly recommend this chair. The arms lift out of the way with a press of a button and lightweight. Only thing I’d like for it to have that it doesn’t have, is the legs to be able to raise but that’s nit picking. It works just perfectly. Even has a built-in pocket in the back. This chair is perfect.

    So far, we like this a lot. My wife is handicapped, and overweight. She normally uses a heavy-duty electric scooter, which is fine but bulky and I have to get it out of the car and assemble it and all….The pieces are quite heavy.
    This is light and handy and as long as we’re going to be on smooth and level ground it’s very easy to push.

    Folds up quickly and effortlessly, my wife says it’s quite comfortable, and has handy hand brakes which work quite well.

    The whole construction appears first-rate; the finish, welds, and overall appearance are top notch.

    This NOVA transport chair is amazing. It folds up like a dream and is light enough to just lift it up and stick it in the back of the car. The leg rests are comfortable and easy to take on and off. The 22″ seat fit my big butt comfortably and didn’t feel tight at all….and I do have a big butt.

    Besides looking gorgeous in black and red, this is one sturdy chair. It doesn’t shake, rattle, or roll at all. It is SOLID as a rock. This is a wonderful chair and I recommend it wholeheartedly. It has made my life so much easier.

    This is a replacement for a Hugo transport chair that I had for the elderly folks in my family. I needed new wheels and could not get parts. I picked the Nova chair because of the seat width being 22″ and the hand brakes. Yes, it is much more expensive than an ordinary transport chair, but to me it is definitely worth it. I’m currently using it for my 90 yr old mother, the last of the elders in my family. But I wanted a chair that both my husband and I could use for ourselves when the time comes. We are both tall and this chair fits both of our body typed. The seat is 20″ off the ground, a big plus for taller folks. The foot rests are adjustable, so you don’t have to sit with your knees in your chest. There are both hand brakes and manual brakes on this chair. I’m thrilled I don’t have to bend over to lock both wheels anymore. This chair weighs a little more than the Hugo chair, but it is made much better too. Very easy to fold up and fits nicely in the back of my Subaru Forrester. I feel it is worth every penny and highly recommend this chair!
