   I used this for a toe touch weight baring restriction in my right hip. I had the same
   procedure done previously in the left hip and struggled to find the correct mode of transport. If you’re unable to use; crutches, canes,wheelchairs, walkers or a knee scooter this is the scooter for you! Fits through door ways. Great on hard floors and thin carpet. 2 cons; #1. It does Not have a brake lock ( always hold the brake when getting on or off)and you can pop a wheelie. #2 turning seams to pull on the brake line a tad. Maybe it could be ran different through the frame.

   I had a meniscus root tear repair and can’t bend my knee to use knee scooters. This product is amazing to use inside the house or maybe at target… it’s sturdy, good quality and I felt very safe on it. But can’t use for long and that’s why I’m returning: I can’t sit for more than 5 minutes without pain (but that’s with any bike and I didn’t want spend more money on buying a new seat for this one). Another issue was that the place you put your surgical leg is hard and the basket hits your leg when turning (I guess it would be okay if you can put you foot on it – I couldn’t). Anyways , the product itself is high quality but doesn’t work for every kind of surgery/injury.

   Used this after breaking my leg (tibia) and had to be no weight-bearing for 8 weeks. Rolls great on flat floors (tile, wood, concrete, etc) but did take extra effort to get around on carpet. Easy to fold down and get in and out of the back seat of my sedan on a daily basis.

   It was a little bit frustrating trying to follow the instructions because the pictures of all the parts wasn’t large enough to identify some of them very clearly. But I did manage to get through it and put it together successfully. I agree with many of the reviews that this is a bit difficult to maneuver in tight spaces and on carpeting. I think the wheels are the problem with carpeted floors as they are hard plastic and smooth. Had they been real rubber tires with some tread, the grip would have been far more effective. Interestingly, the instructions say that you need a pump to put air in them as a pump is not provided. They are hard plastic and do not “pump up with air.” It makes me feel like at one time they were rubber tires, but got replaced with cheap plastic. That was confusing. I am satisfied though and I know that this will help tremendously with getting around. I also found the folding up to be far too complicated. You basically have to take apart some of the fixtures to get it to fold up. It would take several minutes to take it apart and several more minutes to put it back together. So if folding it up and putting it in the car is a big issue, this would NOT be the scooter for you! The connections don’t really allow for such folding.

   I read reviews before this purchase. Yes, the larger air filled wheels make a HUGE difference. They rolled through the house, in the driveway, in parking lots, etc. very easily and smoothly.
   It will tend to tilt with only one wheel in the back. I learned that going backwards was tricky.
   Otherwise it seems sturdy enough and mastering it takes a few days.

   Seems like it will be a good scooter for my bad knee because crutches is causing shoulder problems. The front wheels were not level when factory assembled and there is no way to adjust so i am returning because only 3 wheels touch the ground. Hopefully the second one will be correct but I’m not happy that I have to wait all week again for something that is so needed now.

   I am very pleased with this. I broke my foot and am no longer a spring chicken. So I was trying to find a solution since I’m usually on the go and don’t like to slow down. This is sturdy and well built (and even kind of fun) to get around with it. I’m very pleased with it and it’s definitely worth the money.
