A very nice unit. When we opened it, the seat height left me with my feet dangling. I asked if the seat was adjustable for height and the AI “Rufus” and had no specific answer.
After some examination this afternoon, I found that the chair could easily be adjusted. Two wrenches for the read, a hex wrench, and a standard wrench for the front were available.
So, this is a positive data point and a solution for those of us with little, stubby legs (like mine).
Third-Day Data: The chair pulls significantly to the left when pushed and when “self-driving.” In addition, it is extremely (with emphasis) difficult to push or “drive.” It will not freewheel when released. I spoke to Medline this afternoon and opened an incident report. They said they would send data via email. It arrived only minutes after the promise.
I will keep you apprised on the progress.
