Easy to assemble, comfortable and does exactly as I needed it to. Folds up nicely and fits perfectly.

Only gave it a four because the front wheels are too thin. They get caught in sidewalk cracks and the wheels hit the foot in the foot holder when turning. They don’t allow rotations. the foot supports are ridge it fixtures only swinging from stowed to locked in front.

This is a nice transport chair. We bought it for my 94 year old dad to get him around the yard. Works best going backwards on uneven terrain. We had an issue setting it up. The wheels would not move when the foot rests were down. Then we realized the foot rests were assembled backwards.. left was on right side/right on left. Swapped them out and it works great now.

Works well except for one annoying issue. The front wheels are the driving wheels for turning the direction you want to go..except in reverse the front wheels hit the foot pedals preventing it from being able to back up when you have to turn a little bit. Otherwise is a good value. Works well at tables.

The footplates were installed backwards; had to disassemble, reverse, and reassemble so that they worked correctly. Poorly engineered design of front wheels in relation to footrests. Cannot roll backwards due to front wheels swiveling into footrests! Footrests are too close to front wheels. How could they not see that in their initial design and tests?! Other than needing to be aware that you need enough space to turn around due to not being able to go backwards, it seems sturdy enough and folds up nicely. Bad design. Bad maneuverability.
