First off, I read a lot of reviews for a lot of wheelchairs. For the $, this product was the best!
I bought this wheelchair for my brother in rural Montana. He is a double amputee. He hasn’t been driving. This chair has given him life! The state gave him a huge, heavy wheelchair that he couldn’t take anywhere because it was so heavy and it barely fit in his house. He loves the joy stick on this one. The battery life and range has been fantastic. It is easy to fold up and put in someone’s vehicle/trunk. It has a great footrest and arm rests. He also loves the bar on the back so people can help him if necessary. He lost a few screws along the way and they immediately offered to send them off to him. He lost a wheel and they offered to replace the entire wheelchair instead of sending a new wheel. Amazing customer care. Amazing customer service. Hard to find anymore…Thank you for caring for the disabled population. Life is hard enough!

This is my sister in laws best-wheelchair.com account. She was living with us at the time of this purchase. The chair came damaged. Delivered by Fed ex. I messaged this seller and they wasted no time at all to make this right for us. They went above and beyond what they should have and could have done. It is sad because she passed away the day the chair came and never got a chance to use it. This is a very nice smooth running chair and has a blue tooth remote that will bring the chair to you. It is also very easy to fold up to save space. There was no assembly to screw around with either. Just make sure to move the red levers in the back to the lock position to engage the motors. The other position is for pushing it. This thing also talks to you which you can disable if you want.

Did not receive the charge cable, but they quickly responded to email and sent charge cable immediately. Had difficulty turning the chair on carpet…again, contacted Customer Service and learned increasing speed would fix issue (unfortunately not part of original directions) regardless, Customer Service is outstanding!
It moves well on pavement, sidewalks and flooring (carpet and tile) in medical office building..
It folds down and transports easily and stored without issue in the back of our 2023 Nissan Rogue..
Although, it does require two (2) of us to lift/hoist it.
Overall, I am very pleased with its operation, and ease of use.

I’m torn on this one. Decent enough chair. Serves it’s purpose inside the home. But it’s fairly fragile if you take it anywhere. The pockets on the sides are worthless. One can barely get a hand inside, the opening is so tight. Quite a few of the screws and bolts work their way loose too often. There is nowhere to store the second battery. So if you take it on a trip or outing..you have to run back to your car or where ever to get the replacement battery. We took it to an amusement park. Battery died 3/4 of the way thru the park. I had a 3 mile hike to the car while my daughter was left stranded inside the park. But the pouch under the seat is handy (battery is too heavy to store there.) but handy for other items. The remote to bring the chair to you is nice to have. Overall, it’s not a bad chair. Just don’t count on the batteries if your going on a long outing. Be prepared..somehow. Decent chair for light work.
