   I suffer with vertigo and back issues and am always afraid of falling. This chair I’d awesome. Thank you so much, The only issue I have is although it only weights 70 pounds it is still too heavy for us to get into car. We had to buy a carrier for back of car. All in all this is a great chair easy to use, easy to fold and works like a dream.

   Ordered two chairs, one is great and the other is completely falling apart! Footplates are broken, joystick controller broken, the brackets for the footplates on both sides are broken.. poorly designed, cheap parts.. we’ve only had it 7 weeks and there is only a 30 return policy. Save a little longer and get a more expensive or better reviewed product!

   So far this chair has been worth every penny. With this my mother is able to go out and socialize with her friends, go to the park, the fair, etc. It has completely changed her life! The hoveround she uses at home is over 200lbs and we don’t have a ramp on our home, making it impossible to take out of the house. This chair is so compact and lightweight that my mother can get it in and out of the van on her own, it’s greatly improved her quality of life!

   This wheel chair is not only comfortable but goes faster that I expected. It can handle rocks, dirt, cement, and wood floors. From the softest surfaces to the roughest. It even has enough power to climb onto a small curve hauling 300 pounds. I was very impressed for what I paid. Charging is also alot faster than my sons e-bike. He went from 2 bars to 5 bars in an hour and a half. It has not died on us yet but we don’t let it go under two bars. Great purchase. The only thing I would buy in addition to the chair for longer use would be an extra seat cushion. The one that comes with it does provide comfort but not for longer use.

   We bought this chair as an investment piece for our family. My Oldest son was having foot surgery and would be non ambulatory for at least 3 weeks. During the summer when we had vacation plans. My son is 6’2” and 260lbs he is a big guy and this chair got him everywhere he needed to go amusement parks, festivals, and even on a cave tour! It is slower on tall grass and it is a bit slower to respond when reversing or turning but it turns tight and is fantastic on paved surfaces. Our only issue is that it is a bit heavy for one person to lift and we’re always concerned about the control breaking if we lay it on the right side for transport so we do cushion it with a blanket if we have to lay it on its side. I’m looking forward to using this chair for my future knee replacements and for my elderly parents when they visit.

   Unable to install the handlebars. Also too heavy for me to lift into the car. I think I might have to return this item
