This wheelchair was a surprise. This is my second wheelchair and I would by it over and over again. It was missing the seat belt, but that was quickly resolved. The chair itself is sturdy and rolls easy. ROLL ON!!!

This chair is wonderful. Lightweight and beautifully designed. Well priced. Works like a charm. I couldn’t be happier.

Though we haven’t had to use it much yet, I really love this chair! It folds down nicely and is so lightweight compared to all others we looked at. It easily fits in the trunks of cars, or even in the back seat, and is easy to fold up or fold out for use. The price was very reasonable! After looking at what Medicare had to offer, even though it would’ve been free, it was very heavy and cumbersome and would barely fit through some doorways. My mother would’ve been lost in one of those huge things and her caregivers would hardly been able to lift it; taking her out places would’ve been a real burden. This was definitely the right purchase for us.

This wheelchair is lightweight and well made. I have only had it for a couple of weeks, but it has made my life easier on the days that I feel I cannot walk. I would definitely recommend it!

Excellent portable chair, good for occasional use

In theory, this is a great chair, realistically it is a cheap product with a great company name. We were looking for a travel chair that fit better in the trunk, we own a Prius V. Desk arm length, swing back arms, fold down back & a lighter weight is what we wanted. The chair we received was “delicate”, appropriate for your 80 yr old grandma. Not for a typical adult for outside use. We purchased this chair for my 19 yr old brother who requires a chair for longer distances. Trips to the zoo, park, or sports games where walking with a cane isn’t realistic. The back does fold down, but the right side would not relatch once up. Then the arm rest did not latch at all. It would just pop right out. I tried contacting the manufacturer first, but received no reply. We ordered three chairs to try out and the Drive Medical Blue Streak Wheelchair with Flip Back Detachable Desk Arms and Swing-away Foot Rest, Blue, 18″ is the one we are keeping.

Light enough to place in and out of the car easily. Folds up well.

I liked this wheelchair and it was well made, but the reason I purchased it did not meet my needs. It stated in the description “light weight” or “Ultra Light weight” which it was not. I purchased this for my husband to transport him when needed. If you wanted this wheelchair for transport and you were a man, it is perfect because it weighs about 36 pounds. I could not lift it, otherwise it was a great chair and worth the money. Just not for me.

Built kinda flimsy. But still working

Sorry to say, but Don’t buy this wheelchair! Fast delivery by best-wheelchair.com, and everything was great out of the box. I weigh 160 lbs, and use it for less than 1 mile every day. On day 3 I noticed the chair started pulling to the left slightly. On day 4 my wife noticed it pulling left substantially when pushing me. Later on day 4 I heard a rubbing sound coming from the left – turned out that the left rear wheel was rubbing into the nuts that hold the brake onto the wheelchair! I contacted best-wheelchair.com at this point, and they were great and arranged a replacement to get to me. As soon as the replacement was delivered, I examined the wheels as I didn’t want a repeat. The gap between the frame and the rear wheels was different on each side by more than 1/4 inch, and the left wheel was already very close to rubbing the brake mechanism, as well as not being 100% true. I have just contacted best-wheelchair.com to return the second chair, and will be trying my luck with another model as I have lost all confidence in this product range.

I ordered this chair but I received another model that should not be on the market. It is neat and lightweight but that’s about it. The parts are not fitted right and it barely supports my 200 lbs. I am so afraid it will break down with me on it.The worst thing is the chair that I got has no fold-able back rest.
best-wheelchair.com then had the audacity to include an invoice totaling $136.73 when I paid $225.80!!!! I used a freight forwarder, and as they say “we’re unable to replace it” and that’s fine I will keep the chair but I want to be refunded the difference (via voucher) between what I paid and the value of the chair they sent. This difference is $89.07. This is only fair. I have made countless purchases from best-wheelchair.com and their response to this case has left me shocked. I am differently abled and I demand justice. I am so disappointed and I feel cheated. Buyers beware.
