So after researching for a chair for my husband we went with this one, it is a solid chair and fits him well as the back is adjustable which is a plus if you have a tall person that needs it. It does recline and fold up well and does come with a headrest even though it says sold separately. The only thing I will say is the post is wrong as it is not auto recline nor is it auto fold. I reached out to the company regarding this because it does come with a remote but the buttons for the auto would not work. The remote is only good for driving it and the horn. I have to say they were apologetic to me and worked on a solution to make it right but just wanted others to know if that is what you are looking for then you may want to find something else. But comfort and ease of use is great!

Feels good sitting in it. Size just right for me. Have to get used to operating joystick. Love the remote and headrest. Had a few issues at first. Customer service was great. They took care of everything quickly. Loving my chair. 🙂✅

Rating would be higher if instruction manual was clearer and remote pairing for automatic fold and reclining could work. However this could be my TBI causing a problem. I love how compact and maneuverable it is.
I went with the black model with headrest because I have neck issues.
We travel a lot so we love that it is airline approved ( ps. That usually means cruise line approved too 😉
I hope this review helps

This will get my wife around the house while I work. It is also good for a walk with my wife around the block or on the local trail. It is very comfortable and the recline although manually is nice. This is going to make my life as a care giver better..m. I hope it does for u 29

Customer service was willing to a full refund. We had issues because my disable daughter was not able to handle the wheelchair. Foldabilty was great, too heavy for my daughter to handle. Battery life was good. My daughter had difficulty maneuvering in it. I guess it depends on the disability of the person using it.

Chair seems great but there are two major issues. 1. The footplate is horrible. Especially for a paraplegic. It doesn’t go completely flat, it’s more tilted upward which makes it hard to put your feet on. And in my case they fall off entirely. 2. If you are at top speed, or any speed for that matter, when you stop, you don’t stop on a dime. It’s more of a rolling stop. Which is crazy to me. Totally dangerous if you’re navigating around edges. Now I have to return it, I don’t really want to, but these are deal breakers.
