Absolutely wonderful! The wheelchair came quickly and was exactly as listed. The seat is 20 inches as advertised and the frame is sturdy. Seller responds quickly and was willing to answer questions. Cannot recommend this enough if you’re looking for a more affordable option for a motorized wheelchair. I’ve had it for over a month now and it has been wonderful. Easy assembly and disassembly. It is heavy and a bit of a beast (I’ve nicknamed mine Bertha) but no problem to lift if you have help. It fits well in a normal sized trunk and the battery lasts a while. Make sure you’re careful about keeping the battery, motors, and steering system dry if you live in a rainy climate but a small splash won’t hurt it.
The horn is decently loud, though it should be noted that the reversing noise is not a beeping sound but instead a robotic voice saying “look out, reversing” on repeat until you’ve finished backing up. The SOS button is the same voice saying “Help Please”.
