The chair would not turn as stated. It would skid and resist turns. The advertisement said it would hold 330 lbs. The user pamflet said not to use beyond 264 lbs. Other then that it was a very nice chair. Well built and comfortable. I tried for 2 days to get it to work, my son tried too. No luck. Just know they send you a label to send it back and you’ll be charged $400. To do so. best-wheelchair.com SAYS They’ll refund that money. I don’t trust that since others have tried this and are now out that shipping money. I refused to do that. I’ve made 2 long calls to best-wheelchair.com to fix this. They said they’d send a carrier for it. 10 days later they have not done so. Called a second time got the same run around. They’ve assured me they will send someone, again, this time.
