   Bought this wheelchair for my disabled sister so her carers can take her out. Have had great feedback. It’s very easy to manoeuvre and has a small turning circle which is great for busy shops, has separate parking brakes over and above the ones on the handles, the armrests lift up for sitting at a table to eat and it comes with extra cushions which are held in place with velcro. My sister finds it very comfortable and the carer reports that it’s very light and easy to push. Good value, folds without fuss or difficulty once you take off the cushions and fits easily into the back of a car. Not especially heavy to lift. Very pleased with this purchase. Delivered promptly too.

   We have had a few transport chairs over the years and this one is built the best. Feels good and solid. The welding of the joints looks excellent as well. And is also highly attractive in style, a silver color metallic frame. The wheels are nice and big and I was impressed how moving from one uneven floor to another, the wheels absorb the bumps in the floor really well and gave a smooth ride.

   The retractable arms worked well. And the 2-inch-high seat cushion is nice & firm. It gives good support for one’s buns. I like that it has hand brakes and wheel lock brakes. We found it very comfortable.

   Big plus to their customer service for their understanding and help.

   In closing I suggest when you buy a transport chair or wheelchair you should also purchase anti-tippers and know what size transport chair/wheelchair is best for your body size.

   A couple of weeks after I bought the wheelchair, the right arm broke. I immediately contacted the seller, and they replied promptly. I texted them pictures of the problem, and they immediately called for details. After more texts, the seller figured out a solution to my problem- they sent me the entire wheelchair frame- all I had to do was put the seat from the broken one on the new one. That was so much more than I expected. It was a quick and easy fix for me. Every interaction was kind and helpful- a very positive experience.

   De bonne qualité cette chaise confortable convient bien aux personnes âgées valides mais qui ont des difficultés pour se déplacer. De par son aspect, cette chaise est mieux acceptée que le fauteuil roulant avec les grandes roues. Elle est livrée toute montée et d’un poids tout à fait raisonnable.

   This chair has a very comfortable seat for a 5’9″, 200+lb person and it rides smoothly! The only complaint I have is that there were no instructions for adjusting the length of the footrest. I had to contact the seller for them. They did respond within a day. I am happy with this purchase! ☺️

   The retaining socket for the right are of the chair broke. I sent an email to the company for a replacement that I would pay for. I never even got a reply.

   The chair is well built and we like it very much but without the ability to order replacements for broken parts, it might as well be junk.

   Please respond and help me get a replacement part and I will amend this review.

   Since writing this review I found the company website and talked with a representative. He put me in contact with customer service here in the USA. Since the chair was out of warranty, I agreed to pay for the part and shipping. After I received the LEFT side socket I call and they replace the it with a RIGHT side socket.

   Of all the chairs I viewed on Amazo, I believe this is the best one at an affordable price. I highly recommend this chair over others!

    No complaints about the chair itself, but after about two years of frequent use, one armrest has come off it’s bracket and both levers are near breaking. My local mobility store has tried to contact the seller (EliteCare) for replacements, but after a week there has been no response (based in the UK, by the way.
    Would very much like to just replace the armrests and not the whole chair for this small problem. Will also contact best-wheelchair.com customer service.
