This is the heaviest wheelchair I ever used. I have used Invacare and other US and Japanese brands before. This is sure the heaviest by far. I have a hard time pushing it myself. I’ve thought that I can get used to it at the end. After less than three months using it, I find it’s a torture going out with it. I decide to change to another local brand wheelchair. Now, life is back to normal going out.
Also, from the start, one pedal is loosen already. The two main wheels are not firm. I can shake it a bit. I am really worried that it would collapse very soon.
Last thing. I waited for so long for it to be shipped. Contact customer service chat several times. From last conversation, they promise me a shopping credit of around US$25 to apologize for the delay. But I never get it and I can never reach any real life customer service officer again. Can’t pass through those AI auto reply loop.

My husband is enjoying his new wheelchair. It is the right size and has the features he needed.

Some parts of the wheelchair have rust and chipped paint…Too heavy to return…
So frustrated because I was hinking that this is made by a good company.

The left leg is stuck in the upper position and would like to call for assistance. Everything seems fine. I sent an email with a two day return on my email. Wish there was a phone number to just call and walk me through any troubleshooting.

This was the only online wheelchair that I found with a 18″x18″ seat and light enough for my husband and I to pick up and put into the SUV. But my daughter had a tendency to ‘slip’. We bought a seat belt which helped. We have had trouble putting a hoyer lift sling on when she was in the chair, and it was not until tonight I realized the back rest slopes back! No wonder she does not sit up straight and no wonder that I can’t tuck the sling under her-she slopes. I took pictures thinking it was a faulty chair with the back rest support bars bent in shipment, but looking at the web pictures it does show the back rest support bends. For a person with upper strength this may be OK, but for a person who does not have core strength it is not good. Just be aware of the backrest angles – it is straight then bends out.

Bought this chair for my wife. She finds it very comfortable and I am very impressed with how sturdy and well built it is. I would certainly buy again.
