   This is a great chair for my 32-year-old daughter who, although ambulatory, is a fall risk and in need of security when traveling distances. She is petite and weighs only 90 pounds so this is perfect! It easily fits in the trunk of my sedan. I had purchased a similar chair years ago through a medical supply company. It is the same manufacturer, but this chair is a better value from best-wheelchair.com Prime.

   I believe the incorrect Swingaway Footrests were included in my order. The footrests I received cannot be attached properly to the Everest & Jennings EJ78X-1 / EJ79X-1 Transport Chair. Is there anyway I can receive the correct Swingaway Footrests for the model I purchased?

   I give this item one star simply due to ease of the return. This had very obviously been a previous return. The wrapping around both footrests was a mess and the zip lock bag with the instruction booklet had been ripped open from the bottom. Once I tried to attach the footrest, I discovered they were assembled wrong and I fixed that but the left one still wouldn’t latch. The latching mechanism wouldn’t reach to the hook to lock in place. The right footrest went on perfectly. I sure hope it isn’t sent out to another customer that needs a transport chair.

   This is our second Everest & Jennings wheelchair. We have one in the house and one that lives in the back of the van. It is easy to fold up, load and unload while we are running errands. Great product!
