product arrived perfect. large wheels and high back as required. I was nervous it would be wrong wheels or short back but JCMedical was really helpful. I’ve looked for these chairs for several years so Thank you best-wheelchair.com and JCMedical! Buying a 2nd one as backup!

this chair lasted about 18 months. Here are my issues with this chair:
-It rusts and eventually the wheels are hard to move
-It its hard to transfer out of as the seat is contoured in toward the seat opening, so you are sitting “in” this seat. You need tp have good upper body strength to transfer.
-There are edges on which the patient can cut themselves.
-The chair holds water and does not drain so there is always water inside the frame of the chair.
-It is not height adjustable
Bottom line is that this is not an inexpensive device and there are many issues. I just purchased another make of shower chair for $1800, but it is worth it because it will last the rest of my life,

Not thrilled I need it, but it’s a good product & functions well. Service was great & assembly (for my husband) was easy, since I’m paralyzed I obviously couldn’t do that part.
