Good chair but when I opened the box there was a broken piece of plastic in the bottom. I discovered that the broken part was the cover over the left rear wheel. I contacted best-wheelchair.com and they said they could not send me the part but they would refund me if I returned it. Since I am handicapped it is not an easy task to return such a big item so I kept the broken one since it doesn’t seem to effect the operation of the chair. Just a hassle!!!

The only word I can fine is amazing! The speed incredible. The weight is light enough for my 95pd daughter to lift in and out of the car for me. No issues putting on airplanes or ships. Oh! and it can fit through any doorway. It is one of the best and smart purchases I have made. One more thing I purchase 3 weeks ago and it is still charged! I have not had to charge it yet. I like the weight 30 Lb., the color is very black. the seat is great, the everything about is very good. I am 90 years old and I am as happy as a lark. I will probably buy another one in as month or two for my wife, she is 89 and will soon be ninty. We feel like kids again.
