This product is junk. Really…do not spend a single dollar purchasing this wheelchair. It is not 30 pounds…it weighs a ton and I could not get it into my car alone. You need 2 people to lift. In the description it says an ALL TERRAIN WHEELCHAIR and show a variety of surfaces it can be used on. In the manual it states that it must only be used on flat smooth surfaces. So I charged as explained in the manual. It sits. No power comes on…will not move forward or backwards or left or right. It is just a heavy paperweight that is useless. So keep looking at other wheelchairs. Oh another thing…it is not UL APPROVED. That means that when you are charging that battery in your home, you could have a fire as it has not been approved for the U.S. market. If you still want to try this product. Spend the extra $30 to return because you are going to need it. best-wheelchair.com has been made aware of this product being a fire hazard. They said it was independently sold so they cannot take it back…it must be taken back by the seller which is god knows who that is. I have a good guess it’s in China. That makes me mad at the discription of being ALL TERRAIN. Don’t ever try this as the manual said it will void your warrantee.

After ordering a different chair from this seller, which was damaged in shipping, I realized that the design of that chair was not right for me. The seat was narrow and it was not able to push manually.
The seller was amazing and helpful, and ended up sending this model as a replacement.
It works great! Easy and fun to drive, and seems to have very good battery life.
The construction of the wheelchair is VERY sturdy and solid. Because of that, it is quite heavy and a bit of a struggle to load and unload, but otherwise I love this chair.
It meets my needs well.
It’s not the best on rough terrain or steep slopes, but for theme parks or shopping or joining my family on walks, it’s perfect.
