Ive had this item for a couple of weeks now and have learned it is not what the company says it is. When I cross a speed bump, it slows to a slow crawl, I dont get more than 6 miles on a charge, it only works goring forward on paved surfaces, it does not travel well on unpaved roads or grass, in fact it has actually stopped and I have to physically pull it across the grass. The joy stick is not a joy stick, turning left or right make the chair shudder and stop, backing up is impossible. I have tried to return it, but was told I would have to pay for the return shipping myself, send them the tracking number, and when they got the item, they would issue a refund, I told them there is no way Im paying for the return shipping, other vendors have always paid the return shipping, and i would have the item at my house until they decided to pay for the shipping, and I would be notifying best-wheelchair.com about how uncooperative they are. I would not recommend this comany and their product to anyone.

Since my original review, the company has gone out of its way to make things right. I am more than satisfied with their service and the results.
I purchased this wheelchair because it is advertised to be very maneuverable and great in outdoor terrain and up steep inclines. In reality, the thing slows almost to a stop and shudders when I try to turn, it is impossible to back it up, and forget going up any kind of incline. It slows almost to a stop and uses a lot of battery life. I just tried it in my driveway, which is inclined. I requested a return shipping label but the company never responded. I contacted best-wheelchair.com to intervene. The company finally responded by telling me I should ship the wheelchair back to them at my expense. Once they got it, they’d issue me a return. best-wheelchair.com has been no help. First they said they’d issue me a refund and I should keep the chair. Then they said they were going to make the company issue me a prepaid shipping label. Now they say I should follow the company’s instructions and cross my fingers that I get my money back.
