Sturdy. Well Made. Decent Battery. Light, but not something a disabled person can lift into a vehicle by themselves. I had to get a ramp. It folds and was able to fit in the back of my Prius. Drives like you’d expect a power-chair, except the joystick doesn’t always want to respond to sharp turns. There are no brakes, so you’ll continue going for a few feet after letting off the joystick. The control unit has this annoying voice function announcing when you power on, backing up, or when the motors are disengaged. It also has an SOS button, where the voice just keeps repeating “Help Me.” There is a button to disable the voice functionality, but it’s easy to accidentally press it. It’s kind of embarrassing being in the middle of a store, trying to navigate a narrow space, and accidentally hitting the “Help Me” button, or turning on voice functionality. I’m probably going to open up the control unit and remove the buttons, or cut them with some flush cutters, so they’re harder to press. Overall, it’s a great wheelchair, and great value for the money. Way less expensive than through healthcare providers. Would purchase again.

Review is for picture item since the chair has changed since I last purchased it:
Better and lighter then the mobility scooter( that costed more money then the chair) I bought previously. It weighs about 30lbs when folded. (With or without battery in place) It fits in the back a Jeep Cherokee trunk and fills the area with the joystick in place. I don’t let the battery in place while the Jeep is parked. It goes fast, turning & backing up is easy and it fits through tight spaces. The horn is loud and I take it everywhere when I go out since I am unable to walk long distances. I don’t use it daily so I can’t tell you how long the charge actually last but since I have owned it I might have charged it 2/3times.
Only CON I have is that customer service can’t tell me if they have a replacement battery and I have tried several times contacting them and asked to which item I give them the link(before the chair changed) and got no response. I would like to have a second battery as a back up.

So far so good. A little bit heavier than what I was expecting but still light enough for the average person. My Pancreatic cancer and subsequent weight and muscle mass loss make it impossible on my own to get it into the back of my Honda Pilot. I bought the recommended trailer hitch carrier which will flip up against the back of the vehicle when the wheelchair is not loaded. This makes it very easy for transport and I can easily load and unload myself. Wheelchair directions are less than ideal but being mostly assembled and a little logic overcomes what they lack. I purchased a two piece back and seat cushion for the chair which helps with the comfort when using for a couple of hours. I wish there was a way to change the angle on the seat back but it appears that the 90 degree angle is the only option. It would be great if they added this option to this design in the future. I am sure that this will not last as long as the $3-5000 chairs but I don’t anticipate needing it for that long. All and all, I am so far happy with the chair yet disappointed as to the lack of response by the company to the two questions I asked. I don’t think that there will be a lot of support if problems do arise.

It has a mind of its own & only has 2 speeds. Go like a bag out of hell or suddenly reverse. I’ll stop it & go to get out of it & it’ll start moving again. No, it’s not me accidentally hitting the joystick. Not every time but I’d say 2 out of 3. Yesterday I went to get out of it in the bathroom & it suddenly went full speed into the tub. Luckily I was not injured. The good thing about it is that it’s very narrow since I have an old house, however every baseboard is completely wrecked & I knocked the bathroom door off the bottom hinge cause you barely hit the joystick & it TAKES OFF!
