This wheelchair folded up with me in her and I dropped to the floor. Had EMS Assist come out. There were 5 witnesses. Seller wants me to pay return postage which is over $500. This is insane. And my weight is way under limit.

This was a great product. I got it for my father after his stroke so he could regain some mobility in his day to day life. The wheelchair was surprisingly fast but easy to manage. I high recommend it as it’s quite lightweight and easy to carry around as well

My mother hasn’t even had this wheelchair for a month and when she tries to operate it, it won’t work properly and it smells like wires are burning. I contacted the seller and the seller will not respond. I contacted best-wheelchair.com and was told it’s not covered under the A-Z. It’s pretty sad that my elderly disabled mother who lives off disability spends $700 on this and now she’s out of money and a wheelchair that doesn’t work.
UPDATE: The seller worked with me and issued a refund.
