Charger box is broken both are I just opened the box smh This chair is for my mom she had a “BKA” BELOW KNEE AMPUTATION…I wanted to surprise her and now I’m scared to plug up a broken charger and risk a fire in my home… I hope I can get a phone call or email to rectify this problem.

Don’t buy this piece of junk. The controller is on an angle and sticks out much farther than any other causing crashes into doorways. The footrest when raised hits both upper legs because not enough room POOR DESIGN They approved a return but the only refund was $100.
