I’m recovering from ankle surgery and cant walk for 10 weeks. This chair helped me be more independent. I was using a manual chair but couldn’t “carry” things in my hands, with this chair I can because of the joystick. The joystick moves in all directions and was easy to get used to. This chair can go fast, I have fun taking in for a ride in the grassy backyard like a go cart when I’m bored. I was happy to learn this chair can go over my doorjamb pretty good! I mostly use it indoors and it works great. I’m so happy to have it, I can do some chores now.

This seemed like a perfect scooter for occasional use; light weight, good battery life. The first time we took it to a crafts show, the pouch on the back split open–you could see that the seem had been sewn too close, an obvious defect. I haven’t been able to contact the company (Chinese) to get it replaced and have put in 2 return requests with no response. It’s obvious that this company doesn’t stand behind their products so I’d stay away from them.

Unfortunately the first wheelchair that was sent to me was lost by the shipper. As soon as I notified the seller a replacement was shipped to me by the Seller. I also was compensated for the inconvenience of having to wait for my delivery.
The things I did not like is the size, too large for a 5’4 woman to drive, its hard to open and close and the joystick is very touchy.

At the point that I needed to start using a scooter, I tried looking for options to avoid something that large. This chair is perfect for that! It is very lightweight and folds up to fit easily into my small hatchback. (No scooter carrier on a trailer hitch needed!) So far I have had no issues with battery life but haven’t used it for more than a couple of miles a day. I am a 250 lb guy and find the chair to be surprisingly comfortable (although if i were to use the chair full time I would invest in a better cushion). I am 5’ 9” with shorter legs….and would advise anyone taller or with long legs to do more research into the chair as the footrest is not height adjustable and may be an issue for you. The chair is not the fastest model out there as it only will go about 4 mph or a brisk walking pace (but that may be a good thing too or I may speed just a bit!). The chair does not come with any reflectors or lights but they can easily be added as there are plenty of after market options if you need/want them.
Shipping and delivery was exactly as advertised….they provided a 4 day window when I put in my order and the chair came on the first day of that window. Super easy to unpack and set up. No issues at all!
Overall very happy with my decision to go with this chair!

Its 77 pounds, which isnt too bad. Feels to be well constructed. Check to make sure all fasteners are tight, I didnt and a drive wheel almost fell off after the first day. The battery doesnt seem to have a lot of life to it, I hope it will do better after its been discharged and charged a few times. Wish I could give it 5 stars, but not having a lot of distance is kinda disappointing.

I have an issue now with the left front wheel. It makes a clicking noise, pretty sure the bearing has come apart as their is a slight wobble as well. Had to replace an innertube in one of the rear tires. It was very thin rubber, glad the replacement innertube was a better quality as it was much thicker than the original. I relly hope this chair lasts me for at least a year! I’ll have to get longer bolts and lock washers for the footrest, its constantly coming loose. This chair could have been put together with better quality parts. Kinda getting disappointed.

The chair works great! It was missing the battery but they sent one to me after I contacted them. The foot plate is a little high up. It needs to be made a little more adjustable. Other than that, I’m very satisfied.

Hi Verified Buyer –
Power failure & charging system issues. Multiple issues with this wheelchair. Wheels froze up, intermittent operation. Does not fully charge when charging for 12-14 hours. Multiple attempts to contact the supplier to no avail.

I received this unit with a dead battery that will not recharge. The user manual is not very informative, does not have a troubleshooting section nor does it have any contact information such as phone number or email address. The unit appears very sturdy but again the user’s manual does not explain the brake locks on the rear wheels or what the battery charge indicator looks like when the battery is fully charged. An email from the company via best-wheelchair.com stated the battery is fully charged when 3 yellow lights and 2 green lights are displayer. Doesn’t make sense.
