Arrived on time and outer box was in good condition. Removed chair, seat cushion from box along with smaller box which held charger cables and tools. The chair is basically assembled, just unfold it. You do have to attach the joy stick controller to the arm. You plug red plugs together under the seat, I believe that they are the power wires to battery. Lock seat so the chair will not fold up on you while sitting in the chair. Plug cord into charger pack and plug charger into
3 pronged outlet on joy stick controller on arm of chair or you can plug it into outlet on the battery. It was very easy set up even without instructions which wasn’t in the box. Maybe if you scan the data button on the box you can find a video on assembly. ( another product I purchased that didn’t have instructions did have a how-to video when I scanned it. I wish the company listed the approximate time it takes for initial charging of battery because the chair is for my 90 year old Dad and he wanted to try it as soon as I finished putting it together. I had to explain that the battery needed to be charged before he could use it. I explained that the red light needed to change to green before he could use it but I imagine he will be tempted to go for it earlier. So haven’t actually used it yet to say how it works mechanically.
