    I recently had surgery (meniscus root repair) and pretty much couldn’t use my left leg for 6 weeks. As such I relied heavily on this wheelchair to get around and it worked like a champ. I could easily operate it, it has good turning radius and speed control. It even goes up/down inclines easily. I used this wheel chair in my home, to go to shops/stores and even rode it in my backyard (over fake grass, rocks and hard dirt).

TRYING TO GET AHOLD OF THE COMPANY GETS 0 RESULTS, WAS GREAT UP UNTIL THIS ISSUE ON CHRISTMAS EVE OF ALL DAYS.     The chair itself is sturdy, comfortable powerful. It collapses easily. When collapsed it does not have a way to lock, so when you pull it or pick it up it expands and is very difficult to manage. Customer service on this is a joke. Days to get a reply and they had to contact service from another company. Then I got three replies that didn’t even address my problem.

    This is a very powerful lightweight wheelchair. My husband can easily life it out of the trunk and set it up for me. I can go shopping again! Added information 1/30/23 A wheel broke and the number provided in the usage booklet used text only. Within two days I received the replacement part along with a spare.

    The wheelchair is great. I am really happy with it.But I am dissapointed because it doesnt have the flat free tires also no usb charger on the joystick part which it shows in the picture. I would like to get the flat free tires for it if possible and an extra battery but cant seem to find a place to get them any help with this is welcome.

    My brand new Rubicon came in today in the best-wheelchair.com ad it says Rubicon is a US Company. I read the complete ad 3 times. Nowhere in the ad does it say they are shipping me Chinese junk. I paid about $300 extra from comparable units because I thought I was buying American Made merchandise. The box arrived on the porch and by the time I got there to see it the delivery guy was gone. My wife who is a Navy veteran surprised me by saying let’s try it and decide later. In my humble Opinion Rubicon and best-wheelchair.com owe me $300 for false advertising and loss of confidence. If I knew this unit was Chinese made I would have selected a different unit.

    on a separate note I ordered the silver frame with black seat. I got a black frame and seat. I really want the silver Wildcat edition.

    This wheelchair was awesome from the start. I thought it would be difficult to steer becuz of the joystick but it wasn’t. It is a smooth ride and is pretty comfy with the add on gel cushion I got. You can steer on a dime & boogie on down the road at an extremely fast pace. So glad I purchased this rather than a scooter. The best purchase for my ailing body & the price was affordable!
