It worked ok, was smaller than her last one so it fit through the doorways better. Been just over 7 months ago purchased $160 and the front wheel is now broke. 🙁

Wheelchair appears to be well constructed, the adjustable leg supports seem a little flimsey but are operating as they should, time will tell. Comfortable for user, easy to wheel and accessible wheel locks. The armrests lift out quite easily by pressing button on the arm rest so the wheelchair can fit under a table, very handy as the user can stay in wheelchair while eating. Finish looks as though it will stand up over time. I like this product and think it is a good price and quality. The leg supports come off and fits into my medium sized trunk with little effort. I recommend this product

I thought I was ordering the 20 inch wide seat but accidentally ordered the 18 inch. I re-ordered and got the 20 inch yesterday. I will be looking for someone to take it (18 inch) off my hands. Very sturdy. Same brand as they use at our doctor’s office and the Hospital Lobby.. I gave it high marks based on other Drive Wheelchairs we have used. We never really considered any other brand.

This has been a terrific product – it is easy to push, folds easily and effortlessly… it is light (if you take the foot petals off) and opens up without problem. We have taken this on quite a few outings after my daughter had knee surgery, including a handicap accessible bus and it performed well. No complaints, at all. The price was better here than it was at a local home health store and it was the exact same product. Super happy with this purchase.

I had knee surgery and couldn’t walk for six weeks. I bought this wheelchair because it was definitely cheaper than renting one. Absolutely nailed it with my decision. The chair is sturdy, and comfortable. It is a bit heavy when it comes to load it and unloaded it from the car but I guess it is the price you get for its sturdiness. Though I am walking again I plan to keep it just in case myself (hopefully never again) or a friend might need it. You never know. It is a keeper❗

We had rented one like this for my husband, with regular foot pedals, and liked it so we bought this one, originally with the elevated leg rests and then bought the regular foot pedals. We noticed a flaw on the rented on, on the seat the metal was making a cut in the vinyl, but the rental place called it “normal wear and tear”. However, soon after using this one, it started doing the same thing, on one side. The other side is fine and seems to have more padding covering the metal piece. It is not my husband’s leg putting pressure on it, because he sits on a three inch pillow, and he never sits in the chair longer than it takes to transfer him from the bed to the living room chair or to the car. We also found that the elevated leg rests are not long enough to accommodate the length of his leg comfortably, so that extra feature was a waste of money. Over all, though we are ok with this chair and will keep it.

The wheelchair met all of my expectations. It matched the description well. The removable, elevating leg rests with pads are an important feature for my mother because she needs to keep pressure off her thighs. The removable arm rests are helpful in transferring her from chair to car and back. The pocket on the back of the seat is a bonus to slip a cell phone or book in. You can even tuck in a light jacket. The chair is easy to maneuver for someone pushing or my mother driving herself around the nursing home. It is not lightweight, but I didn’t expect it to be, after all it is a 45 lb. metal wheelchair. I don’t have any problem lifting it to put it in the trunk of the car to transport. Overall pleased with this Drive Silver Sport II wheelchair.

I bought this wheel chair because it was cheaper to buy one on best-wheelchair.com than to rent one for three months when I broke my leg. I came home in the chair and it has served its purpose. Easy to handle. The only thing I had an issue with is the handles. After three months of use getting up and down on them, they have come away from the metal frame. I had to super duty glue them down. Otherwise its a good buy.

I shopped our local medical equipment stores and a similar wheelchair was $395.00. This chair is much better quality. The seat and back are stitched and slightly padded. The back has a built in pocket. The legs are well padded and easy to manipulate. I am a nurse and I recognize the quality of this chair. It is a superior chair at a great price. I’m so thankful to have found it.
