   The chair came as described and it is a good quality chair. BUT make sure it is exactly what you want because paying for the return shipping is more than the chair is worth. We live less than 4hrs from the address and UPS was the only carrier that would accept the size and it was $700 to ship, and we paid $520 for the chair. I ordered this for my mother, but it was too tall for her and after weeks of back and forth, all we could take was $25 off of the chair and to keep it. One of the suggestions was to “give it to a friend”. Like a bariatric wheelchair is something so many people are in need of? I learned a good lesson in this, read return policies very closely, and only buy from free return sellers.

   This wheelchhair, is well made!
   When you sit in it, it holds you and doesn’t bend inwards. That in itself was amazing!
   The person pushing me said it wasn’t hard to get the chair started with me in it.
   I haven’t figured out the attachments for the legs. They don’t want to latch correctly and had to color the attachments for Left and Right.

   Came with missing parts and they wouldn’t replace them had to get from another place now the bearings are coming out of the wheels and no one to replace or fix it!!!! Not happy with this chair at all….. Wouldn’t buy again from this place at all…..
