   Now that I really understand all the features of this wheelchair I absolutely love it for my 94-year-old mother. I’m 66 and I was worried about getting something I could put in and out of a car and handle and this is perfect. She usually uses a walker at the senior living facility. I took her to a Tigers baseball game yesterday and she sat in this chair for the whole game and was very comfortable. I did purchase separately, a memory foam cushion and bag for the back of it for outings. My only complaint is they don’t give you many instructions on how to use it, which seems common in so many products nowadays.

   A few months have passed since we received this item. In that time we have used it extensively while traveling. It has become essential to us with my partner’s mobility. We have used it in airports, train stations, and busses while traveling wide and far. It folds up perfectly for in-plane, in-bus, in-train, and in-taxi. It has held up perfectly. Recently on an extended trip to Asia we put it to the test that no transport should every have to go through. It delivered perfectly! No issues. This was a great buy for mobility while traveling.

   This transport chair is compact and light! It really has been a gamechanger in allowing my family to bring my grandma out. It’s lightweight, and easy to manuever. The handbrakes are helpful, and seatbelt adds a security measure. I enjoy the little foot lever to help lift up the wheelchair on bumps or curbs, making this transport chair better than Medline. It’s easy to push even on dirt and grass!

   No assembly required! Footrests just clip on and off and lock nicely. Folds and unfolds fast. Doesn’t weigh much. Doesn’t cost much. Easy to attach enteral feeding pump and cupholder meant for bicycle handlebars. Can’t complain. Okay, the brakes are kind of crappy. Okay, really crappy. For the mall, fine. For San Francisco…get chocks, or something better. Brakes should lock. For a “transport” chair, brakes should default ON, and squeezing the handles should release the brakes. There should be some way for the rider to brake. But I digress: a great chair for a small price. best-wheelchair.com Prime got this to my door the next day. Love that, too.

   We ordered this for our adult special needs daughter for the times when she needs either motivation or support for a longer walk with us. It folds well, is lightweight, and with an extra cushion for the seat, provides plenty of support. The larger wheels can handle some mild terrain and it is very smooth on concrete. Great solution for us vs a heavier wheelchair.
