I really like how I can adjust this chair to suit my comfort needs. Only chair I found in this price range that suits my needs. I love that due to both front and back wheels are adjustable, I can tilt the chair back a little. The leg supports are adjustable for length as well as height. The chair performs well an feels stable.
The best part for me is that I can easily disassemble an reassemble this chair with no tools. A plus for me as I can not lift much. I take it apart while sitting on my car seat an put one piece at a time in the car. The two arm rests easily flip up for ease of getting in an out of chair, as well as easily removed all together. Both leg pieces come off with a flip of a lever. An the back wheels snap on an off by pushing the center. A definite plus for fitting the chair into tight places.
I had a small shipping issue due to my error. Contacted best-wheelchair.com, an got the issue corrected immediately. best-wheelchair.com customer service A++

Drive Medical nailed it….
Deserves 25 stars…. for Superior suspension, turning radius, comfort and transfers.
After considerable research we were still stunned at the quality and comfort.
Like so many people, every slight bump, a pebble, a small crack, caused excruciating pain to my dear Husband of 41years due to a split sternum and severe Rheumatoid Arthritis. The suspension in this wheelchair is excellent.
As as a wife-caregiver in my 60’s, I appreciate the many features that made this “Chariot” as my Husband called it, so much easier than our standard wheelchair to lift, load, unload and turn.
You can literally turn it empty 360° with 2 fingers on one handle. Steer your loved one with ease. No more backing up or lifting the back wheels to line up with the Dr office door way.
One button pivots the arms up for restaurant table, office desk or transfers to bed.
Feel confident about the decision to purchase this quality made, feature loaded, comfortable “WheelChariot”
Needless to say we are grateful.

Very bulky and heavy. I could not handle it.

Over all good quality for the price. The front wheels are aggravating & the back support slides down when you lean back.

Good

Sturdy- narrow enough to get through doors. That said the seat is narrow, but comfortable enough. Set up easy.

This chair literally broke within one hour of use. The brakes are not safe and will not fully hold I watched my 89 year old uncle rolling down the sidewalk. The tires are too small to fully engage with the brake lever. The plastic leg rest broke off when it struck a door jam. (The same elderly gentlemen was operating the chair and has little strength.).The plastic tabs holding the leg rest in place are very thin. This wheel chair is is made with inferior parts and should be considered inadequate. Seniors beware this chair could very well leave you injured.
This chair is unsafe!
