Serious POS here. When I got it, one brake was broken. They sent a new one. Within 2 weeks the seat began to tear loose. They sent a new one. Then a piece on the arm broke, Customer service could not figure out which piece it was after bouncing me from schematic to schematic. Now both brakes are failing. And the “new” seat” is tearing. I lost both legs, so I cannot just grab my tools and fix things. I also do not have a full time person to work on my Chair. This is an embarrassment to the company. This is my second one. First one was great. Someone in the company must have decided to save money and cheapen everything

Bought this for my father who is 95. He really likes the extra width although he is not large at all. He also very much likes the arms that can be raised at the dinner table. This feature gets him much closer to the table than he did in his previous wheelchair. Seems to be built very well!

This chair does not fit in the interior doors in my home. It is wider than described and I can’t use it,

Very sturdy and light enough for me to lift into the trunk for travel to doctor for my husband.

I’ve had four of these chairs in the last seven years. Not as sturdy as it should be but cheap.
I tore the metal pipe holding the front wheel.
Twice. On two chairs. Just tore the wheel off.
The seat expands to be 18 inches deep but is only held by Velcro, which doesn’t hold. I added some belting at the front edge.
The sides fold back but is held by a button that is hard to push.

Indestructible. Miles of Va parking lots did no harm to it.
