   It’s a nice electric chair. Relatively light, charges quickly and the remote, while it can be touchy, does work. That means a caregiver can control the chair for somebody who could not do it for themselves. No regrets about this purchase.

   I have had this chair for 8 months and for the most part it works as it should. The remote is hard to get to operate but works well after that, The front wheels are a problem when I change directions as getting on my ramp and making a turn if there is any bump to cross, they sometimes don’t change direction and extra power is needed to get going. My biggest problem has been with a bolt in the frame that has come loose. It is on the main frame just inside and above the right side motor. I put it back in and tightened it but it came out again. Have put in a longer bolt of the same size and will see how that works. So far customer service has not replied to my email or contact from best-wheelchair.com customer service. If I were to do it over I would get a chair from one of the main brands that has sale and service dealers.

   Easy to assemble but not as light as I expected. I thoth it is fully automatic fold, but this is good built. I’m happy with this purchase.

   I had to order this chair due to a healthy issue that has disabled me from being able to walk in a mall or long distances. So after saving for a year and also observing my recovery, I decided to make this purchase. First impressions, the chair was packed well for a big metal device like this. Comes in a foam square packing inside the box. No loose materials were floating around. At first we were looking for the small box for the remote and the tool kit and and the power adapter. We tried to research the initial setup of the chair online and found a good video so we thought? But then realized they left out some small details that was crucial to setting up the chair. **Note: Remove all zip ties, and twisty ties. The chair is power fold, so I knew that it was not just some flip open design, however, one of the videos we viewed the guy just sort of flicked the chair open with a abrupt fling. I was like “ok…bam!” and Nope!!! did not happen…lol So we searched all around the chair to see if we forgot a zip tie, or some strap, or unscrew some weird locking mechanism??? Nope!!! The electric folding chair is truly electric only. So we kept attempting to pull the chair open, and it would give a little, but me being an IT guy and backyard mechanic, said “nooo….” You can feel when an part or mechanism is fighting you, so you never manhandle anything. Always take a step back and re-evaluate things. **Note: We did not have the instructions at this point. So after many reviews of the video, and of course this being an expensive device, I knew that we are missing important start up procedures. After much review of the chair itself, and attaching the control pad to the chair(it was not attached to the arm, but was sitting off to the side dangling.), we started with power up the chair. It did its initialization but still folded and no instructions, and it keeps beeping, at this point we tried to unfold the chair by power, but kept missing some process. We finally figured out you must press certain buttons like a cheat code to get the chair to unfold. Press: Power then press (*and hold) – the unfold button(folding chair icon at the bottom of the pad) and then press the Horn button **Note: You have to wait for the battery indicator and the motor speed indicator LED’s to both light up. Those are the whitish indicators on the pad. Once those are lit up, then you can press the Horn button and then the chair beeps at you that its starting up its unfolding process. This was not clear without the instructions that we found inside a pouch that you could not reach or open with the chair folded. Thus my 4 star rating is regarding the initial power up and unfolding process, which I think needs a basic instructions on just how to get the chair unfolded first to reach the instructions and tool box, or at the very least, place the instructions in the back pouch of the chair that is easily accessible for all. Aside from the initial power and unfolding debacle, the chair performs flawlessly. I am able to spin very tight in my living room, that is a smaller 2 bedroom condo. It is very tight due to the couches and then coffee table so its not setup for disabled person. We have yet to take it to a store environment, but based on the videos and how we are able to run it around my small place, it seems to be a very good device for those needing assistance walking far. My main concerns will be longevity of the motors, and the battery life. I will update this review in 3 months from now to give a better review on performance. But so far so good.

   The wheelchair is good, however remote is not working.
   also the instructions print is very small and confusing.
   I do not know if battery are charger or not. And how match % was charged.

   Update; Chair doesn’t hold up to daily use. Two different areas have broken now which a friend had to fabricate replacement parts for. It’s made of cheap pot metal and won’t last.

   The chair sent was a different chair. It has a narrower seat, no remote, a plastic rather than metal footrest, and the ugliest upholstery on earth, hands down. I asked about the footrest and they sent a metal footrest, but it does not fit the chair. It was obviously a return, because the box the charger was in had handwritten on it: Mr. Bumpy. No kidding. My other wheelchair has to go in for repair, so I need this chair, but I am very disappointed that it did not contain the promised remote, has a narrow seat and plastic footrest and has uglier upholstery, but whatever.

   I also hate the backup alarm, which is completely unnecessary on a wheelchair. It should be able to be disabled but alas it is not.

   Overall I recommend looking elsewhere.
