Was not told there was a restocking fee. The seat does not measure the inches indicated in the product description. Chair had to be returned, and large fee deducted from refund. Use caution when purchasing.

Held together by screws that have to be tightened or fall out. I could no longer use it when a screw fell out and was lost.

This a great chair if you have an old house with narrow doors AND a tool chest full of odd tools and a jar of assorted bolts and screws. Sometimes I know something fell off because the chair isn’t working right or I see a loose nut in the hallway but it happens several times a week. The current one I’m trying to tighten doesn’t take an allen wrench and is in between a 3/8 and a 1/2” wrench so I’ll just do my best with pliers. Tuffcare is useless ! Won’t answer calls or emails except that once they did send the helpful suggestion that I tighten all parts on a weekly basis.
