The joystick for this wheelchair is VERY hard to control the wheelchair. Constantly crashing into things. Used it 4 times and the armrest support broke off.. not well made at all.

Product seems to be as promised but no user manual or operating instructions were included. I emailed the company and have had no response. This is disconcerting as this is a powered wheelchair and I don’t want to create a dangerous situation. If a user manual is not sent either digitally or printed, I will return the chair.

This wheelchair is well-made and has plenty of power. Oh, I love it! If it wasn’t for the missing parts, I would have given it 10 stars. It was missing the headrest and a basket fit underneath. Also the foot pad, and depicted in the blue card included with the unit was missing.

Senior is very happy now that i found the missing parts. It turns very very well in small spaces. The speed controls are intuitive and it can really go on the highest setting.

This wheelchair had problems with the controller on arrival. This problem only increased with limited usage. Then while taking it on a trip with very little usage, the front left wheel fell off. Currently there was a bolt missing and the nut. So far I’ve not heard back from the seller on this item. Highly recommend you wait to see what their customer service is like and I’ll bring it up here.
