   When you turn the controller to the side it doesn’t move. It takes a few tries to move a little but when you’re at a stop and need to turn especially like in an elevator it doesn’t want to move. A little disappointing.

   Exceptional quality frame and wheels. Very sturdy and great tread on the tires. It was easy to use right out of the box with almost zero assembly needed. The battery pack is light weight and plugs into a standard 110 outlet. It holds 327 pound person comfortably and goes up and down hills like a champ. Without the battery, it weighs about 80 pounds I think, based on the amount of weight I can comfortably lift being female. The joystick controller is a little tricky for me. Not sure if it would respond better to a lighter person. Going forward is fine. Making turns while going forward is fine. Trying to back into an elevator in this thing is comical. I’m having trouble making it go straight back, tends to want to turn left or right instead of backing up straight. However, if I guide it with my feet a bit, I can maneuver going backwards no problem. I have only used it a couple of hours at this point, so I will update my review after I have used it more. I do like the 5 variable speed options. The top speed is impressive, equivalent to jogging. I have found that even in top speed, the controller is responsive in forward motion and you can go slow or fast by applying more or less pressure on the joystick. Before purchasing, I was concerned about incline considering that I’m at the top end of the weight limit recommended. I was surprised that it goes up fairly steep inclines with barely slowing down. So far, I’m really impressed overall. Fun little machine! Vroom vroom! **Note, I edited this review on the weight of the wheelchair. I previously thought it was about 90 lbs, but once I figured out how to lift it, it feels a bit lighter. The trick is putting your hands through the underside of the wheelchair and picking it up using the hand hold on the opposite side. The other hand hold is the bar at the back which supports the battery. Picking it up this way makes it much easier. I’ve used this item for several weeks now and I’m really pleased with it. The battery lasts me for a couple of days before having to recharge it, considering that I use it about 3 hours max in a day. Recharging seems to take about 5 hours give or take.
