   One star because the company was not upfront about their return policy. The wheelchair height is good for a smaller adult, but the footrest sits too high and cannot be adjusted. The control wasn’t responsive enough for my husband’s response time, creating an accident waiting to happen. This seems like a great lightweight chair, but it was deemed not the right size for my husband and unsafe for him to use by our PT and OT. When I tried to return it, the company offered $100 off for me to keep it or I have to pay for shipping to return it. Nowhere on the listing did it say anything like that, because I checked before I bought, and passed up other chairs for that reason. I have an unused chair packed up and ready to return, and I am not happy. This chair isn’t suitable for my husband, and there was no way for me to know that before I purchased it, based on all of the pictures and information provided, along with the lack of reviews. If it worked, I would love to keep it, but it just isn’t safe, and $100 won’t change that.

   Arrived today on schedule. Instructions were okay. This is my first wheelchair. It’s comfortable and the joystick is sensitive and quick to respond. The documentation and online description didn’t say anything about the light and cane shown in the photo, but those items do ship with the wheelchair, along with a combination locking cable. The online info speaks of lengthening the footrest, but no directions for doing so were in the manual. Does anyone know how?

   As someone who has been relying on a wheelchair for a long time, I have extremely high requirements for comfort. After using this wheelchair, I found that its seat and backrest design are really excellent. The sponge pad on the seat is very thick, and it will not feel uncomfortable even if used for a long time. Moreover, the backrest is made of breathable material, so it will not feel stuffy even if you sit for a long time. Every time I sit down, my back can be well supported, and the comfort is excellent. I don’t feel tired even if I use it for a long time. This wheelchair is undoubtedly the most comfortable one I have ever used.

It can be said that this wheelchair performs very well on a variety of complex terrains, so I no longer need to worry about the inconvenience of traveling.
