All 3 Wheelchairs came in defective. You couldn’t open 1, the other 2 once you opened them and closed them they would no longer open again, no not useable. We sent an email to MSV Discount Sales it said we should hear back from them in 24 to 48 hours, we have not heard anything back. Also called them by phone. An answering device answered. We left a message, they have not returned our call. We will be returning all 3 wheelchairs. Very disappointing. We were buying them to help people get in and out of our church services. People had donated money to buy these.

… but I will never again buy anything the ships from Verina Co. Medical. The chair appears to be used – end caps are missing, there was no packing, no documentation, and the leg supports were just tossed in on top of the chair. The shipping box consisted of more holes than cardboard. It even took them two weeks to figure out it had been delivered. Hey McKesson, you need to find someone better to partner with.
