    Nachdem ich von der Krankenkasse eine Ablehnung für die Übernahme eines faltbaren Rollstuhls bekommen habe, musste ich mich nach Alternativen umschauen und bin hier fündig geworden.
    Anfangs war ich etwas skeptisch,schon wegen des Preises, denn vergleichbare deutsche Produkte kosten mehr als das dreifache.
    So nahm ich erst Kontakt mit dem Service auf mit ein paar technischen Fragen. Im Ergebnis muss ich sagen, dass alles sehr höflich,präzise und schnell zu meiner Zufriedenheit beantwortet wurde.
    So bestellte ich mir einen Weyral 20 AH. Die Lieferung dauerte keine vier Tage,alles war sauber verpackt und vollständig. Der Zusammenbau ging schnell vonstatten. Nachdem ich den Akku aufgeladen hatte, stand eine kurze Probefahrt an und ich muss sagen,ich habe den Kauf keinesfalls bereut, im Gegenteil, dieser Rollstuhl kann locker mit deutschen Produkten mithalten, ein wirklich gutes Produkt. Wenn alles so bleibt, kann ich nur eine 100% Kaufenpfehlung aussprechen und das Support Team ist freundlich und kompetent immer an deiner Seite,wenn es Fragen gibt.

    Fünf Sterne für den guten Service! Der Rollstuhl wurde mit einem falschen “Controller” (Steuerung) geliefert, der nicht für die verstellbare Rückenlehne geeignet war. Nach Mail-Rücksprache mit dem Support wurde a) ein Preisnachlass gewährt und b) sofort per Luftpost der passende Controller gesendet. Nach dem recht einfachen Umbau ist der Rollstuhl wie von mir gewünscht nutzbar und hat zwei “Härtetests” gut überstanden.

    Einen Kritikpunkt gibt es doch: Die sehr einfache (deutsche) Bedienungsanleitung / Handbuch. Es fehlen Daten, z.B. der passende Luftdruck für die Hinterreifen bei entsprechendem Gewicht, welche Schrauben und Teile nach einer gewissen Zeit / Beanspruchung überprüft werden sollten, u.Ä.

Was habe ich davon ? Bin am Rollstuhl gefesselt und Als solcher Dauerkäufer bei best-wheelchair.com für mich am Bequemsten
