The chair just arrived. It took me 45min and several failed attempts from the internet suggestions to open the chair. Under the chair is a black bag in that you will find the remote, directions, and charger. This chair opens via the remote and the controls that are attached to the chair. Press the button that looks like the triangle widening then hold the horn button for a couple seconds, the chair will begin to unfold. No where in the directions did it describe this! 🤦🏼‍♀️ Very zippy little power chair. A bit heavy, the person who needs this will not be able to lift this chair. We got it for my mom and I struggled moving it around. I am a very strong woman used to manual labor.

This chair is lighter and easier to maneuver than the basic Drive chair my mom was given when she left rehab. The arms are soft and much nicer than the ones on her old chair, which started cracking after a year. In fact, all of the materials are nicer. I don’t use a cushion like on her old chair, which I had to constantly adjust out of fear of her falling when I helped her transition. The chair easily folds in half when I put it in the back of my Prius, and I know it can fold up more if needed. Most importantly, the front wheels swing out of the way when I pull the chair up to my mom to transition her. (She used to catch her foot on the front wheel of her old chair.) The chair is expensive, but I am glad I bought it!

Would not get it again because of the front wheel on the left side isn’t on there good. It comes off when you try to move the wheelchair.

This is the greatest chair out there. My husband is somewhat of a large man and has been unable to go anywhere with me until I received this chair. It folds down small enough to fit behind the seat of my car,is easy enough for me to lift in and out and still it will hold a person up to 400lbs. The seat is very wide and comfortable for him. We look forward to many years of going places together with this chair. Five stars isn't enough to show how happy I am with this purchase.

Well made. Pocket on back helpful. Love reversible arms. I need them to reverse so I can stand safely. Excellent value . Would repurchase. Please do not change this models features.
